We are finishing off this beautiful spring like week with a look at two of the most important details from our bridal shower shoot, the flowers + food! Before we get started we just want to send out a big shout out to our great team of vendors on this shoot, our photographer Kate Osborne, the planning + design team at Sage & Thistle, and all the pretty ladies that indulged in the fun with us!
The gals at Sage & Thistle worked with our floral designer Lizy Bowden to implement colors, texture, and a floral garden style that complimented the theme and all the other details super well!
The use of dainty blooms like chamomile felt feminine and season relevant while larger bloom flowers with layers of beauty lend to a garden vibe! Vintage milk glass vessels and bud vases paired nicely with the theme + inspiring Mikasa tableware. Candles are a must no matter the time of day and for any type of party that includes a sit down meal. Lizy’s designs felt like a walk in a summer garden and complimented this bridal celebration perfectly!

What would a garden tea party be without tea? This fresh chamomile honey tea was the perfect brunch starter + finisher!
Fresh berries + pastries sourced locally provided the edible goodness and added to the texture and beauty of this bridal shower! A pretty table full of so much sweetness. We included a wedding favorite, custom macaroons by our cake artist who brought in the show stealer!
A perfect white chocolate honeycomb exterior boasted tons of charm + the honey cake inside was a crowd favorite! This charmer was created by Erin at Dolce Bella.
